Meet Our Full-Service Design Team
October is National Design Month! While we’re best known for large-format printing and 3D fabrication, we also boast a full-service design team. By intentionally staffing a team of skilled designers with diverse specialties — 3D environmental, industrial, graphic, video, production design, and more — Infinity Images can offer comprehensive expertise and innovative solutions for a wide range of creative project scopes and budgets. This National Design Month, we’re excited to highlight the talented team behind the work and share how their creativity shapes what we do every day.
MEET DAVE WINFIELD

Title: Design Lead
Length of Employment: 25 years
Areas of Expertise: Graphics design, production design, photo editing, illustration, writing
Favorite Type of Project: Long-term, detail-oriented building and architectural graphics.
Favorite Project to Date: Nike Factory MLK Store in September 2020. I had to bend my brain to figure out how to produce a three-view lenticular wall spanning 125 feet wide by 16 feet tall. The design files were massively complex, and the finished product was stunning.

MEET PATRICK HANNA

Title: Design Lead
Length of Employment: 4 years
Areas of Expertise: 3D design, graphic design, creative ideation, apparel (graphics, prints, trims, repeats)
Favorite Type of Project: Projects that allow total freedom from the start (creative concepting) all the way to the finish line (creative executions).
Favorite Project to Date: Columbia Omni-Max customer experience zone in June 2024. This was the first project that helped me make the shift from 2D to 3D design. I designed everything (fixtures, signage, shoe pedestals, etc.) in 2D and then used new skillsets and tools to transform the designs into 3D to render them out for the client to see. I also designed for augmented reality (AR) which allowed anyone with a cellphone to scan a QR code and then place and view a correctly scaled spinning shoe pedestal render via their smart device in whatever room they were standing in.

MEET JAMES JENSEN

Title: 3D Environmental Designer
Length of Employment: 3 years
Areas of Expertise: 3D rendering, 3D modeling, retail design, creative direction, photo retouching
Favorite Type of Project: Beginning to end design. Also getting hands-on with fabrication and production.
Favorite Project to Date: Populous office lobby architectural graphics in Spring/Summer 2024. I spent a ton of time researching their company and creating a story-telling and conversational wall to welcome customers and show off their Portland influence. We decided to focus the design on the Willamette River. Then, combined with local materials and attention to Portland’s topography and building footprints, I was able to create an elegant 3D wall that's backlit and features a huge amount of detail in the layering of wood and etched design.
MEET ADAM WADE

Title: 3D Environmental Designer
Length of Employment: 3 years
Areas of Expertise: 3D design, 3D rendering, graphic design, motion graphics, video editing, branding, illustration
Favorite Type of Project: Projects that allow me to showcase my full skill set. Designing a space from scratch. Space planning, customer journey, creating the build elements, designing graphics, and generating high quality 3D renders.
Favorite Project to Date: Nike Super Bowl LVII Retail Display in December 2022. The consumer journey took shoppers through an upside down, technicolor football field. Fixtures and tables were designed to emulate bleachers and locker room elements that really gave an immersive game time experience while the color palette blasted them off to another planet. I was really able to flex my creativity on this project and my voice as a designer shines through. When events as significant and special as the Super Bowl come across my desk, I get very excited to develop an amazing concept and see it come to life.

MEET JUSTIN MORTZHEIM

Title: Graphic Designer
Length of Employment: 3 years
Areas of Expertise: Graphic design, production artist, neon color specialist, vector/raster illustration, hand lettering, typesetting, typography
Favorite Type of Project: Long-term with freedom, short-term with specifics. Concept to completion with a focus on originality.
Favorite Project to Date: Adidas Adicolor Carnival in October 2024. A themed event showcasing colors? Count me in. We were tasked with creating circus-themed event graphics — custom stage structure, jumbo popcorn containers, carnival booth graphics and signage, and wrapped props — that aligned seamlessly with the client’s separate internal designs, all under a tight timeline. In the end, all the pieces came together beautifully, honoring the theme and showcasing nearly 10 distinct brand colors.
