WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Perform finishing tasks such as trimming, laminating, mounting, taping, sanding, and assembly.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, saws, and other finishing equipment safely and accurately.
- Handle graphics, wood, plastics, and other substrates with attention to detail and craftsmanship.
- Follow work orders, drawings, and instructions to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Inspect completed pieces to confirm they meet quality standards before packaging and installation.
- Assist in moving projects between departments and maintaining organized workflow.
- Help keep the shop clean, safe, and efficient while supporting team goals.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous experience in finishing, fabrication, or graphics production preferred (but not required — we provide training).
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools and finishing equipment.
- High attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.
- Ability to read and follow work orders, drawings, and assembly instructions.
- Comfortable working on multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- Strong work ethic, dependability, and willingness to learn new skills.
- Team-oriented attitude with strong communication skills.
- Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

COMPENSATION
This position pays $26-30/HR depending on experience.
